Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your content is yours, and your domain is registered for your business. If you ever move on, we transfer the domain to you at no charge.
What if I don’t like the design?
You get two rounds of changes, and you have a 7-day satisfaction window before launch. The details are spelled out in plain language in our agreement.
Do I need the hosting plan?
No. Hosting & Maintenance is optional. It’s there if you’d rather not deal with the technical side, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
Through a secure online invoice. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
How long does it take?
Your site launches within 5 business days after the agreement is signed and payment is received, as long as we have your photos and details.
Can you update my existing site?
